Welcome to The Chic Clip Collective! We’re so excited to send a little bit of chic straight to your doorstep. Since our hair clips are designed with love and shipped from our Chic home, we appreciate your patience as we package each order with care. Below are all the details on how we get your clips from our hands to yours!

Processing Times

Each order is handcrafted and carefully packed, so please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. If we experience high order volumes, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated!

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

📦 Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – $6.00 (or FREE on orders over $50!)
📬 Local Pickup or Delivery – Free! (Details will be provided after checkout.)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to you!

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or busy seasons. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Chic Clip! If there’s an issue with your order, here’s what to do:

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll happily send a replacement or refund.
🚫 Change of Mind: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories unless they arrive damaged or defective.
💰 Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
