  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped. If you experience shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Future international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at clipsbysamantha@gmail.com with photos.

  • Approved refunds, determined by The Chic Clip Collective, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
